We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full-Time Cook/Chef to join the team at Tom Neville's Pub, Fethard-on-Sea. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef to contribute to a busy kitchen and help deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences.

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with company standards

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen to ensure efficient and profitable operations

• Assist in the development and creation of menus, specials, and new food offerings

• Maintain HACCP standards and ensure full compliance with food safety regulations

• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times

• Monitor stock levels, control waste, and assist with ordering to maximise profitability

• Lead and support kitchen staff to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction

• Comply with all food safety, health and safety, and company policies and procedures

• Previous experience as a Cook or Chef

• Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently and profitably

• Experience creating and developing menus

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards

• Excellent organisational and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Available to work on a full-time basis, including weekends as required
